"Made cheaper and more expensive food now. Same price or cheaper at other places and better food. The kids meals barely has fries for $4.60. Tiny container that holds maybe 7 fries. You got more with a small fry like it used to be. If your going to pay your employees more. It's not my problem. Corporate needs to take a pay cut instead of skimping on the food or raising prices so you guys can have more yahts. Customer always gets scr&we'd over. Will not be back. Horrible business"

"Only 1 of 2 drive throughs open. Sat at dive through for 4+ mins before order was taken. When arriving at window, was asked to pull forward until my order was ready (2 breakfast burritos and hashbrown). Waited another 7+ mins when wrong order was brought out. Waited another 2+ mins until right order was brought out. When I got my order, burritos were half a$$ wrapped with contents falling out. No napkins in bag."

"Had to wait over 15 mins for our food to come out. It was cold. Only 1 other couple ordered between the time we came in & our food came out & the drive thru was not busy. Didn't bring out our drinks. Had to wait another 5 mins to get those. Gentleman was quite rude. No apology or anything, just "what'dja get?" But more concerning was the condition of the store. The customer soda counter was a mess as was the floor beneath it. There was water or pop all over the floor and no attempt to clean it up was made in the appx 45 mins we were there. A wet floor sign was there when we came in and was there when we left. The counters were disgusting. I always think if this is what the front looks like, imagine what the back looks like. Drive the extra 5 minutes to go to either of the other locations in town. Will never go back to this one."

"SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! I'm at a complete loss of words. My wife & I ordered two ice cream cones, paid for it, & was handed two cones placed upside down mostly melted into a plastic cup. I was obviously confused.. The more than belligerent manager consistently using curse words in a threatening tone told us the ice cream wouldn't stand on it's own so she had to put it into a cup. The ice cream was literally dripping down my hands into my lap during this conversation. She couldn't understand why we wouldn't accept it after asking for a refund saying "we've had dozens of cars that have received this exact thing with no issue or complaint" .. I asked her why she simply couldn't tell us while ordering how we would be receiving this obscure cone but she said she was unaware of the issue.. SHE COMPLETELY CONTRADICTED HERSELF. This manager is beyond an embarrassment to customer service & McDonald's as a brand. This will be reported to cooperate & they definitely just lost yet another customer."
