"For the last month I have had to order on the mobile app with large amounts of extra time just so my husband and I can get to work on time. Today we were already 13 minutes past the estimated pick up time and they only had 1 of my 2 drinks ready when they weren't even that busy. No new orders from lobby customers while I was inside waiting and the drive thru line wasn't long at all, maybe 4 cars total. I had to abandon my drink, and his which was half ready, so I could get him to work on time. I understand times vary based on number of baristas and other customers but this is getting ridiculous, especially with how much the coffee costs."

"Garbage can overflowing. Napkins everywhere. A huge line of cars backed up into the next parking lot. We did mobile ordering, and after 20 minutes of waiting, my sister went up and asked the girl where our drinks were. Walk-in customers who came in after us had already gotten their orders and had left. Only once we asked did the barista look at the mobile ordering tags just then and pulled them off the station. She told us they had been backed up, then she did them right away. The caramel brulee latte was good, but the plain almond milk latte was not good and the coffee tasted like it had been burnt. Not a great location. Very disappointed, considering how much we pay for a coffee at Starbucks. Something needs to change at this Starbucks. My sisters are thinking of calling the customer service line tomorrow. That's how not impressed everyone was."

"Wonderful staff. Very friendly and helpful. Super clean store and they make your drinks accurately and FAST. Renee in particular was just wonderful to me - whatever they’re paying her, she deserves a raise!"

"I mobile order most of the time from this location when I’m in-town. The orders have been ready the vast majority of the time when I arrive, they’ve been correct every time, the staff has given a friendly greeting and I love that the pick-up is right by the door. Some locations have you walk the length of the store. This location is easy-in-easy-out."

"I frequent this Starbucks whenever I'm in Indiana and it is a very busy location. The staff does a great job of keeping the lines moving and no matter if it's a food item, or something off the drink menu, you're always guaranteed satisfaction. The baristas are always friendly and extremely upbeat. I just wish the Starbucks back home was half as good !!!"
