"Stopped in while traveling. I was the only customer in the restaurant. Dining area was extremely clean. Customer service was phenomenal. I believe this is the first time I've ever been to a Dairy Queen, in my food was extremely fresh and hot. It's in the area again I will go back."
"Waited 10 minutes in line after picking out an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. When I got to the front of the line, I asked the cashier if I could have a "Happy Birthday" message written on the cake. He said "no one there is able to do it." Apparently, you have to be trained to write "Happy Birthday" with icing?!? I told him it was for my daughter's birthday and I would be okay with anyone doing it. He still refused. This was extremely disappointing lack of service."
"Dining room closed 3pm on a Tuesday? Yep. Went thru drive thru instead to order ice cream for the family. Got a cone, a sundae with NO lid (in a car?) and ONE napkin. This is the state of the current cheap DQ? No wonder Warren Buffet is so rich. Used to be so good coming here and now, it’s here if you don’t have any other options. Give Handels a try instead, especially if you’re local."
