"Waited over a half a hour after our order was supposed to be ready. Grant they gave us 10 dollars towards our next meal. Folks alot of places are very short staff so don't be rude to the workers. They are doing there best!!"
"Our server was excellent but our meal was cold… rubbery … and the meat was full of gristle. The manager did not care. We were also seated by the take out door where all of the employees were hanging out making a ton of noise. Chilis used to be good."
"I hadn't been to Chili's in a while and decided to see what's new if anything. I had a great lunch of brisket quesadillas and the waitress was terrific. Hardly any waiting-time."
"Last time we had been there about 6 months ago and didn’t want to return because the food was cold. Well, we decided to give it one more chance just 3 nights ago because I’m pregnant and was craving it. Our order came out quickly, within 20 minutes. This was the fastest we’ve ever received our food. I ordered chicken quesadillas since they are my favorite there. The third one that I had it had a weird texture. I spit it out and realized the meat was still PINK. The manager was very nice about it. She offered another cooked all the way, I kindly declined just because I completely lost my appetite. She did however hooked it up with their dessert. I don’t know that we’ll be back to this Kokomo location or not. I hope they improve in their cooking."
