"This is the worst experience I have among many Ralph Lauren stores. Some sales people were nice but one lady (seems senior at the store) just refused to check stocks at other locations. In other stores I have ordered and have them shipped to my home without problem. The lady simply did not bother to check, saying I know we do not have other size! This is rude and simply not reach the standard with the brand"

"Spent $350 here again today for the most frightening moment of my life. There is a woman named Shana that works here and she is just so mean to employees here. This isn't her first time by the way. I mean she was EXTREMELY rude to the cashier. A customer walked up without their mask over their nose and she completely took it out on the cashier. She was slamming and snatching things and yelling. I'm sure because of his race but I won't even go there. I was so terrified for him, it broke my heart not to say anything. I just hope he grows up to find a better job and get away from evil people like her. I won't be back here again this is my SECOND time seeing her act in such a way. I would not want her acting like towards me or even attack me if she gets angry enough. I care about me and my child's safety more."
"First time shopping at this location, very disappointed. Not only they don’t have variety of selections, also the employees weren’t helpful. I normally shop at different location, where I can use multiple coupon codes as a long time customer and sometimes get member appreciation discount from the store manager. This location not only didn’t let me use two of my coupon codes I received via email at once, also was very rude."
