"They are a lot faster than Starbucks and have a good-sized menu with lots of options. They are drive thru only. I tend to order ahead on the mobile app and give them my name when I arrive. They make my order when I arrive so my drink is always hot and ready to go. I highly recommend it."

"I’m not sure why this location only has 3.6 stars. I’ve been there three times and all three times were AMAZING. The flavors are absolutely delicious and were not overpowering. The staff is always so wonderful and welcoming. I love the fact that Scooters has a selection of sugar free syrups unlike Starbucks where they only have one option. I definitely prefer Scooters over Starbucks. I hope Scooters stays in Franklin!"

"I tried the Pumpkin Spice Hot Coffee and it is really good. As a previous post had mentioned, I really did not taste the coffee as the Pumpkin Spice was overpowering but I like it that way on occasion. However, the Spicy Sausage Burrito was very, very small compared to the price that is charged (see the Burrito Wallet as shown). The burrito is tasty but the flavor combo was very similar to other fast food breakfast one's I've tried numerous times. The staff was very kind and even in costume for Halloween!"

"The girls that took my order, then asked me to 'scoot around to the window' were so kind and helpful. Service was great! I can't say that the coffee was as great, though that's just my personal opinion. I tried the Iced Caramelicious, and the Iced White Mocha. The caramel drink was more flavorful than the white mocha, but where's the whipped cream on both of them? Such a tiny amount. They've not even been open a week, so hopefully, the quality control will improve with time and training. Overall, the service outweighed it all. I hope they do well in Franklin."
