"My only complaint is that a lot of the menu items advertised on the wall were not available. I could see that there was only one person doing basically everything by herself, but her service was still very fast and efficient."

"For $10 I got a small coffee with grounds in it and two freezer biscuits with less than a spoonful of canned or bagged (definitely not homemade) gravy. The grounds wasn’t the biggest problem my biggest problem is the quality and quantity of the food I ordered. You’re a small town local business that food should be plenty and delicious. I was told the owner makes the food (where???) then brings it in."

"My husband and I were enjoying a Sunday stroll in Franklin yesterday and decided an afternoon coffee was needed. We stopped in what looked like a quaint local coffee shop from the outside with tables and chairs outdoors and in. The indoor area smelled greasy...there were about 6 to 8 young people behind the counter and standing around towards the back of the place. Not one of them looked as if they even remotely wanted to greet a customer let alone wait on them. Very unwelcoming. We ordered 2 plain iced coffees in small and large sizes. It took quite awhile to get two coffees...but I was still optimistic that it would taste good...until the first drink...wrong!! How does a COFFEE shop serve the worst tasting coffee ever? I'm not being mean or overly critical...it tasted awful...kind of burnt and old stale coffee taste. We took them outdoors and drank what little we could stand to get some caffeine in us and dumped 90% of it out. Lesson learned...never again. To just round out the bad experience...I used the restroom while waiting for our coffee. Underneath the big sign reminding employees to wash their hands there was...you guessed it...no soap. Just an empty plastic hand soap bottle with the top off."

"We try to support local restaurants. We were so disappointed with our food experience. My spouse ordered the grilled chicken salad $11.99 and I ordered the Philly Steak and cheese with an upgrade to a side salad. I took pictures because the salad my spouse ordered was no bigger than my $2 upgrade for a side salad, except for having grilled chicken on it. You can get a grilled chicken salad at a fast food restaurant 2x bigger for less money. The steak for the sandwich is cut in thick strips instead of shaved. Very hard to eat, steak falls of the bread. For $26 we could have almost eaten at a buffet. The door was open, allowing for a large amount of flies to bother you while you eat inside. On a positive note, THE STAFF was amazing and very friendly. We will not go back due to our food and atmosphere experience. *I would love to post my pictures, but do not see an option for adding them."

"Honestly, don't bother. I ordered a cortado, the barista had to find it on the menu because they didn't know if they carried it, then was asked "what size" I responded, how do you make it? usually a cortado is equal parts espresso and milk. To which I got the response, oh we can double it and make it 24 oz. First of all, that doesn't answer my question. Second of all, what??? How does that help. I asked what kind of hot tea they carry and was met with a blank stare and after a few moments, "we have a chai latte, is that what you mean?" If a coffee shop doesn't carry tea, that's fine. But it was a simple question. Then I ordered a breve and asked for Irish cream syrup in it. They had to go check if they even carry it, but which they don't. But it's on the menu. I then asked for brown sugar cinnamon flavoring, again they had to check but fortunately they had it. I ordered the chai spiced french toast, and the barista had to go to the kitchen to ask about it. They have several flavors of French toast but only had plain. I opted to not order any food after thinking about it for several reasons. 1: the cafe smelled like old wet wood, 2: it was cramped 3: there ews no wifi and I wanted to take a working lunch 4: cleanliness is an issue, the food menu had crud all over it and there was an overall lack of things being clean 5: the whole process was a hastle. Once I received my beverage it was subpar. A breve is made with cream. This was not. It had a very thin mouth feel. The foam consisted of large bubbles only. The coffee flavor was incredibly weak. And the flavoring I ordered was seemingly no present. I poured it out. I will not be returning. This visit was a waste of nearly $7 and a good chunk of time. Side note: the beverage menu is off to the side and difficult to read. It's artistic, and maybe firs the vibe they're going for but using random objects (like gears) on nearly every item name makes it difficult to read"
