"There was a nail hanging on cash register. I didn’t realize it was there. Brand new cashmere sweater with a hole in front. No apology. Just advise to go sew it. Then the next day I came in I was being waited on and she took a person who had walked up while she was with me all the while I am standing there. There could have easily been solved with a little common courtesy. This is stuff that ruins me with an establishment."
