Founded by Tamika Catchings, a 4x Olympic Gold Medalist and Hall of Famer, the cafe offers a variety of healthy premium loose leaf teas, delicious food, and a classy ambiance. The goal of the cafe is not only to serve the community with food and beverages, but also to provide programming and events. Tea's Me Cafe sources the best loose leaf tea from around the world, ensuring freshness, taste, and aroma. The cafe has expanded to a second location as part of a Tarkington Park Partnership, providing great tea, food, and opportunities for children in the surrounding neighborhoods through the Catch The Stars Foundation. Additionally, Tea's Me Ivy Tech, located at Ivy Tech Community College, offers a selection of tea, smoothies, espresso, and grab-and-go items. "I am in love. This place is my new hangout spot for sweets and Tea. These Waffles are the bomb don’t need syrup. The fruit is fresh. The eegs with the spinach the truth and pepper jack cheese and turkey sausage. The Tea Japanese Cherry and medium honey. I’m in love. Don’t forget the carrot cake. And I got the warmer. Wanted a Tea pot. My Boss bought the last one… Extravagant…"
"We're visiting from out of town and needed to find a place for breakfast. Saw this place in passing and it didn't look hugely busy. (Still a desirable trait for us during this time.). Awesome tea selection! Food is pretty good too. Great place to just enjoy a lovely community vibe while enjoying a break on our trip. If you have small children, there is an amazing playground right outside. This will be a go to place if we are ever back in Indy."
