"Went into the store at 10:30am and was greeted that time but i went back @ 11am after comparing other places and wanted to try on a pair of shoes and was the ONLY people in the store the 2nd time and it seemed as if I was ignored intentionally! She greeted the next people who walked in so I said hello loudly after I saw that there was someone out on the floor and again was ignored said it one last time loudly looking at her and nothing so I left! I'm not sure why was ignored other than the employee not feeling like doing their job!!! Horrible customer service"
"Horrible selection and had to order my size was told to allow 3-5 days for delivery, here it is 5 days later still no shoes! Called to find out where they were and not only was the store unable to track where my shoes are but neither was customer service and they then told me to allow 6-8 days for delivery. So why does the store and the email they send tell you 3-5 days? It seems to me they lie to their customers to get business then when called on it don’t even accept accountability for it. Never again will I give them business or recommend them to anyone! Just goes to show Amazon is the leading sales business for a reason!!"
"Just okay there where not busy (I was the only one on store) and I had to fight to get someone to help and I asked a question about what I came in there for and the tried to show me something completely different in say tried because he couldn't get it work.. Epic fail..ouch"
