"I placed an online order for 2 pairs and it took over a week to get which is fine....but they sent the wrong shoes both pairs were completely not what I ordered and they weren't the size I ordered either. Also the shoes have already been returned once because they didnt have stuffing in them and the shoe laces were tied.There is no packing receipt of any kind. I am gonna attempt to exchange in store. We'll see how that goes."
"The store was so clean! I love the buy one get one deal! I recommend to sign up with their loyalty program!! It’s a game changer!! The sales associates were very nice! And their clearance has so many good deals as well!!"
"Associate was very rude Went to return some shoes that I bought online I placed them on the counter told the girl they didn’t fit her response was “what do you want me to do about it” so I told her I need to exchange them her reply “so why haven’t you picked the new pair yet” so as I walked off to do so she yells and hurry we close in 15 minutes. Then upon finding the other pair she was nasty because I didn’t have a paper receipt I had an email as they were purchased online. If I didn’t use store credit to purchase shoes in the first place I would have just got money back and went somewhere else now that all my store credit is used I won’t be returning.."
"Well, I will definitely not be coming back. If you attempt to return something WITH a receipt and the shoes have not been worn you won’t get your money back. The policy with receipt and unworn shoes is a full refund in the way it was purchased. The front desk was not reliable . Corporate came more in handy than the front desk. The manager also didn’t know their own policy even though it’s on the bottom of their receipt. I will not be returning to this store ."
"I came in there and they was super busy but I still got the right shoe that I wanted and it was all thanks to Olivia. She did an amazing job making sure she got the line gone quick and made sure that everything I needed I had. Made it fun and easy I will definitely be back soon to get some more shoes! I appreciate the great customer service from Miranda as well she helped me to find my shoes! Overall great experience 10/10 would recommend"
