"The waitress was very nice. We all enjoyed our food and the atmosphere. The gift shop part has so many cute country style decorations. And a decent amount of small things so the kids could pick out a small toy to get before we left."

"Love coming here with Mickie and husband in tow, what a joy to have the server we did, he was fabulous and the staff just loves Mickie, he is an exceptional dog to take with us, he doesn't bark, complain, run around just a very chilled relaxed dog that loves to be with us and enjoy some broccoli. The food here is always fantastic and a little shopping in the front never hurts anybody! If you love home cooked type meals here is your place. ENJOY"

"Both my wife and I ordered the Grandma's Pancake Breakfast. With Bacon extra crispy. When our server arrived with our food the bacon was limp and pancakes are one of the easiest foods to cook, they missed that too. We sent the bacon back so they could try again, it can back hot and greasy but no more more crispy than it was the first time. Spoke with the Manager he was very polite and wanted to make things right which he did. The kitchen staff needs a lesson in listening or cooking maybe both. The service from the staff on the floor was excellent, the the restaurant was clean from the bathrooms to the tables. Can not speak to the kitchen but the kitchen staff needed to pay attention."
