"Typical Papa John's pizza. It's not my favorite but it is above average. My only real complaint about this one is the way the drive thru was operated. We pulled up and my order wasn't ready. The kid said I could sit there and wait but if somebody pulled up I should pull around so the next customer could be helped. After about 5 minutes another car pulled behind me so I immediately left the drive thru and drove around to get back in line. When I got around there were 2 cars ahead of me now. Here is where my complaint is... we sat like that for a solid 5+ minutes, no movement, just waiting. The car at the window should have been advised to pull around but apparently was not given the same instructions that I was given. The next car went through the same process. Several minutes of waiting with little to no action at the window. When I finally got back up to the window, the kid seemed surprised that I was back and quickly gathered my order to pass it to me. I realize I'm complaining about first world problems waiting 10 extra minutes for pizza but when I'm told it will be ready at a certain time and then I have to wait longer due to poor organization at the window I'm not going to be super happy."
"I have always went here but the women on phone was rude and said i have already typed order in and i said what about the deals on line cause my on line WILL NEVER go through. So FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!! is there gig now so 2 pizzas $45 !!!!!! I guess elsewhere it will be !!!!! THANKS AGAIN"
"ordered a pizza on the app. when I got there somehow it had been given to the wrong person. sometimes mistakes happen and I understand that. I figured they would remake it and maybe give me a discount but the manager quickly remade it and didn't charge me. on top of that it might have been the best papa johns pizza I've had. mistakes happen and I'm glad to see they make up for it. also love the new location. much better than the old one."
"I love the move to the new location. It was a Bank prior to. Now a drive thru that was a game changer for those with mobility issues. Food, Service, clean, accuracy of order all was fantastic!. Food was was fresh and hot delicious!. Thank you for changing location for me it's makes it so much more convenient..."
