"Did a carry out order and went in to pick it up. And no one was up at the front till a driver came in and asked if we had been helped. They were all just sitting in the back and it was way more a hassle then it needed to be for the transaction and getting anyone's attention to pick up an order. Food was great , just the service was horrendous."
"I had my daughter order a pizza online. Wait time was 28 minutes but did not receive it almost an hour past the original 28 minutes. Driver assured us it was not just sitting there but the pizza was stone cold."
"I had some problem last week with my order, however the management team Jan and Sarah did a bang-up job correcting the job & and having a positive attitude in relation to Customer experience.. only thing on their deep dish to make it five star add Some Sauce, & and Some sauce!!! Suggestion maybe a "ladle for Sauce, not squirt bottle..... Very nice MGR Staff...."
