"Can’t rate the food because after almost 3 hours of waiting we still have not gotten anything. After the first hour we called and asked about it and they said they only had 2 drivers which I can understand. But then we checked the app and the tracker went down. So now we are still waiting on hold for over 30 minutes and getting no response from them they hung up not once but twice. I mean this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never left a review on anything before but this has just seriously pissed me off."
"I order a pizza at 4:18pm and didn't arrive until 6:30 I called them and told me there lie in drivers I even maped it where I lminutes away even if there low in drivers it shouldn't take 2 and a half hours and good thing it got here because they message me saying the driver got lost and that they wouldn't delivered it like how are you going to get lost if you have the address on your phone"
"I have given this place WAY TOO MANY CHANCES. Never again. I live less than 4 miles away, which means i should get delivered HOT pizza. Not pizza that, according to the tracker, sat for 35 minutes on a quality check. Then i get it remade and resent, and its even worse than the first order! Let alone the fact that they havent delivered a decent pizza in well over a year now. Got offered credit for this order and had to demand my money back. I wont be getting anything from here again. This store needs shut down. Its an absolutely horrible store."
"I ordered my food at 400 at 500 I had to call and ask what was going on, they said they were waiting on a driver. I understand that, I said okay are you going to make fresh stuff when he does get there ? Domino's said yes, I call back 20 mins later asked if I can come get it instead they said yes give us 20 mins I came at 545 .. waited 20 mins then went back up and said it should be ready... They looked around found my order that was made at 4.. and gave it to me. Didn't realize until we got home it was older..."
