"They are so slow, and all of them are just standing around talking it’s taken 20 minutes to get my food or money they aren’t busy, any other McDonald’s or fast food restaurant would have had food out in 5 or less. I’m going to start calling it slow food."
"UPDATE TO PREVIOUS POST. It hasn't gotten any better but maybe alittle worse. You never know when the lobby is closed and locked up here because it can be 9:45pm and the doors will be locked. You literally have to get out of your vehicle to check before you decide how to get any food, and on top of that sometimes you have to park far far away because all the parking is taken by the employees working. Always a slow service atmosphere. I've had to literally ask for my food. I was left sitting at the 3rd window so long they forgot I was there and I finally had to call the store to get my order."
"Very slow at taking drive thru orders. Was sitting at the speaker waiting to order meanwhile the three cars behind me pulled up to the other speaker and were able to order before me after I was already waiting 15 minutes in line to even get to the speaker."
"I just waited 11 minutes for a coffee... AFTER I already had my food. (They brought it to me after I called on the phone to remind them I was still waiting). This is one reason it is hard to justify $15 per hour."
"Fast food. Is what it is. This location is my go to when I must. I try to cook at home when possible but sometimes there's not enough hours in the day. Best thing they ever did in my opinion...they installed self-service kiosks. I order my food, I pay for my food, and my only interaction with employees is when they give me my bag. Nobody to blame for mistakes on orders but me. No hassle with standing in a line. I eat here more than I probably should, but the convenience is what gets me, and the quality of the food. I feel the less the employees have to deal with the weirdo customers, the more they can focus on food preparation. Win, win for everyone."
