"I have been traveling for over 2 years now from wabash to kokomo every weekday and this is the most convenient location for me to stop at on the way to work. But over the past 2 months, the quality of the service has steadily declined. I will now just stop in wabash or kokomo from now on. To get a coffee and sausage mcmuffin this morning took 40 minutes compared to even a month ago it only taking 5 minutes top even... and no-one working there even acknowledges how bad the service has gotten. they are all clueless..."

"Convenient stopping point but mediocre service. I've often stopped here before for coffee, lunch or a pit stop. This time I ordered a couple happy meals for kids and a burger for me. Was forced to use the kiosk rather than a human, but that was ok if slow. The order I received was missing the burger, which I caught and had them add. They mixed up the sauce for the happy meals and left out the milks they were supposed to come with. Mistakes happen but the worst part was the lack of concern by the staff that an order was screwed up."
"Workers need to pick up a broom and a rag to clean the dining area. Trash cans are overflowing and the workers are just standing around. The girl who took my order was nice but no one told me my food was waiting on me to pick it up. Luckily I walked up and check the number. Food didn't taste bad just the place needs a little tlc."
"I'm rooting for this place to improve , but it just never seems to.The regular hamburgers had cheese on them .The fries were like those potato sticks that you get in a can .The fish wasn't the freshest that I've ever had, but it wasn't horrible .The bottom line for them is get it out the door they paid for it and will eat it anyway. It will be a long time before I give them another try ."
