"I threw out my food because it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting. Someone needs to ensure they are taking temperatures and keeping the food warm."
"We ordered a triple entree of their food with the expectation we were paying a premium to get a decent amount of food in a meal. They were either running short on orange chicken or didn’t care enough to accommodate an above-average order of food. We received a single container with just less of what might constitute a double entree. The food is of decent quality and maybe most orders are adequate but this area and location are hopelessly apathetic."

"I am not trying to be silly, but we got the plate: 2 meats and a side. We literally (I counted) got 4 pieces of sweet fire chicken and 7 pieces of orange chicken. I have never received such little food for 10.98"
"Hands-down the worst location in the city. It’s worth the drive to go to a different location or Buffalo Wild Wings next door. The picture below is the “fresh” crab raccoons that I just saw come out the oil. I ordered the chicken teriyaki and they did not inform for me until after the purchase that they were out of teriyaki sauce. How am I gonna order chicken teriyaki sauce Without fat teriyaki sauce…. One star doesn't do it justice I I wish I could do negative stars…"
