"Every time I come to this location it’s a problem. This morning I order on the app no different then I do from other locations. Same drink same sandwich. My sandwich was cold. The whole thing. My drink was not to my liking. Did not taste how other locations do even though I don’t change a thing. Wasted my money. U can see cheese not even melted."

"The sandwiches were absolutely terrible. Messy and tasted very off. We frequent Dunkins quite often and this one was by far the worst. We did go in and we were the only ones. The drive thru may have been busy but the workers were running around like crazy and not friendly at all."
"Ordered oatmilk latte and got a sad, curdled bitter wattery mess. The lady (Candice) at the counter was so rude even as she was taking orders. It was almost like she didn't want to see us! When I told her that the latte didn't taste right, she was so annoyed and yelled at us! The guy who made the beverage was nice though. Never were we ever treated so poorly! Waste of money!"
"They’ve implemented a touch screen order system… so they don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. We did see it for a few minutes and the workers just kept walking past us without saying anything. If you are going to implement this, you still need to have good customer service. To Starbucks we go."
