"Literally the last three times I’ve came to this location, there’s been NO one else in front of me and I’m still waiting 20+ minutes. Along with them not apologizing for the unnecessary wait and their unprofessional behavior at the window. Today it took over 20 minutes and I left and will not be coming back to waste my time"
"This review is for the manager of this location. The kids that work there are always friendly, but the wait time even when restaurant is empty is absurd for the food. This has happened many times so it is not an exception unfortunately. Today my son’s wrap had a hair in it. He was so grossed out he wouldn’t eat it so maybe he won’t request it anymore. The employees seem defeated and apologetic every time we go there, showing the culture needs work. Please address so you and they can be successful!"
"I don’t normally leave bad reviews and if I do it’s after a few times of going to the place. I have had quite a few bad experiences at this tropical smoothie. Several times the smoothies weren’t completely blended leaving chunks of ice and food to have to be picked at so it could somewhat be drank through a straw. And more than several times they seem short staffed, but come to find out the long wait times seem to be based on the work ethics of the employees who don’t seem to care about their job. I’m giving two stars because there have been a couple of times the experience was prompt and the smoothie was good. But overall this isn’t a good Tropical Smoothie and I won’t be returning even though I work down the road from this location."
"I was here for over 25 minutes waiting on two smoothies. There were at least 3 people working, there’s no reason it should have taken this long. We even came inside the store to try and avoid a wait time. I used to work at a tropical smoothie cafe and this would have NEVER been allowed to happen, and this wasn’t even a rush! The smoothies were icy and gritty as well, if you’re taking your time making one then it should at least be decent. Never coming back to this location. Save your money, but really save your time."
