"The facility was nice and seemed clean enough, MUCH less urine on the floor than I expected in the restroom. Super crowded on the weekends and not very well supper. I wish they would enforce their policy of not sitting in the massage chairs if you weren't getting a massage. I was there for a couple hours and had to split one massage chair with 4 people, while others were just being sat in."
"Last minute decision to bring the nephew and niece here while they were staying with us. One of the kids was a little nervous about it all, a lot nervous, actually, but the staff were absolutely terrific- calming and fun and supportive and helpful. The kids 4 and 3, for reference, and they could basically do all the activities. Great experience!"
"We had the best time. They are always super friendly and helpful when setting up a bday party. They have updated more stuff and they took out the climbing wall. They have a basketball court and slide now."
