"This is supposed to be an Iced Brown Sugar Oat milk Shaken Espresso. It’s really giving Iced CINNAMON Oatmilk Espresso. I took one sip and it literally made me SICK to my stomach. Highly disappointed in this Starbucks. There is so much cinnamon in this drink it lowered my blood sugar from one sip (I’m a type 2 diabetic.) Going straight in the trash."

"I counted 8 people behind the counter, yet it took over 10 minutes from ordering to getting my incorrect coffee order (ordered HOT got iced). The 2 making the coffee had no care in the world. They are super slow. You can't be working at an airport and run in slow motion. Next flight, I'll bring mine on the way to save me the time and airport charge"

"4 people making drinks behind counter. I don't think it's possible to go as slow as they do. Watching then was like watching paint dry. I know startbucks can do better. Find employees that want to work. It was clear they are there to do the least possible for a check."

"Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast sandwich was good. However, I ordered a Breakfast Tea and they used two large tea bags which made the tea very bitter. When it cooled down so I could drink it I had to throw it out. Way...to strong . I could have made 4 or 5 cups with those bags. What a waste"
