"They have really bad customer service if they get your order wrong they never seem ok with fixing it without arguing someone should definitely look into this because Starbucks is not known for rude behavior. I visit downtown Starbucks and the one on Kessler often, they would never have bad customer service really makes me wonder why….."
"The newest Starbucks on my list of all the Starbucks. This location, like all locations, was packed with a line around the parking lot and down the entrance. With all those folks before and behind me, it's always nice that they know your voice and try to remember your name. It makes it feel like it's MY Starbucks, and they know my order. I don't drink coffee, but they do know me for my pastry order. What great customer service."
"Absolutely stellar service! The GM was working from the lobby, but the cafe was closed due to understaffing. I didn’t realize this and came rushing in from the rain with my arms full of a diaper bag and my little one. The sign said mobile order only, but she so graciously took my order from the counter so I didn’t have to juggle my phone. You can tell she loves what she does!"

"Ever since Starbucks added the tipping prompt at the drive-thru window, I’ve had issues with my order multiple times when I don’t tip. Usually at this location. My drink is 3/4 full or it taste water down. I used to be a waiter and I understand the importance of tipping for providing a service. But tipping $2 on a $5 drink is nearly 50% and at this point I feel like my order is intentionally being messed up for not tipping. Starbucks, please pay your employees more so it doesn’t ruin the customer experience."
