"WHAT A GEM!!! I hadn't been to Ross in almost 15 years when they were located in Martinsville. MAN have they changed...they give me Burlington and TJMaxx vibes. I found some of the cutiest jeans and tops and ideas for Christmas gifts. I'll be back monthly to add to my current stash of stuff."
"This store was a hot mess. Just completely trashed like it got hit by a tornado. This is clearly an internal problem!! You can tell by looking at the locked jewelry cases and see how everything is just thrown inside. I didn’t even grab a cart it was so bad..I just left. This is like no other Ross store I have ever seen. Do better for the people who live in this area. Regional management..where are you!?"
"Bad service, they gave me one bag only to carry the heavy items, I took 2 steps, and it already ripped and fell. I asked for a new bag and they didn't give me it. I have never seen service like that."
"Low prices. I especially noticed the prices on packages of men's tank tops, tee shirts, boxers and briefs; although depending on the day, that store section ranged from disorganized, to a cluttered mess."
"Prices are always right here but things change too quickly for me. You can not just go to this store looking for something in particular and find it. Sometimes that is the fun of the hunt. I would recommend though."
