"The staff was very friendly. I took my parents vacuum in for repairs. They called and explained what needed to be done and got my ok before completing the repairs. Two days later the repairs were complete. I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost of the repairs. I was expecting the cost to be higher. One thing to be aware of, if you drop off a vacuum for repair, they require an up front payment. I was a walk-in customer (didn't call first, just checked them out on-line) and was not aware of this. I would suggest you call first to find out the cost required for dropping off your vacuum. For future vacuum repairs, this is the place I will go to."
