"I called about an open box dryer which was at an awesome price with a few scratches and spoke with Beth. She pulled the ticket and we arrived 10 minutes later, saw the dryer and purchased it 5 minutes later. Another employee helped my husband put it in the back of our SUV (delivery was offered) and we were gone 10 minutes later! I understand that not all purchases are going to be that easy, but this was our wonderful experience!"
"Another successful purchase from Grand Appliance in Avon! Patrick assisted us this time with our over the range microwave. Quick, and easy process. Extremely knowledgeable, personable and just a super nice guy who never pressured us into anything. The delivery and installation guys just left. Steve and his partner were here for under 40 minutes, and that included installation of an electrical outlet as well as the microwave. They cleaned up afterwards too. I appreciate the care they took in our home!"
"Everything went better than expected. From the great service from Deven at the store to the delivery guys. The tracking system to see when the delivery was coming worked better than any tracking system I’ve ever seen. Delivery was complete almost 30 minutes earlier than the start of my original 4 hour window. Will definitely use them again."

"Pros: In-store interaction with Patrick expectations established during the initial interactions , ease to purchase items, and the delivery was a very easy process that was efficient with setting items up! The only reason I did not rate the experience as a 5 is because it took a month to receive the items which was different than the two weeks that was initially established, and there was no follow up calls during that time, with the exception of the one that I made. I would still purchase more items from grand appliance if needed."
