"No happy sent guy who COULDN'T speak English then wanted to charge me for something come to find out my freezer was over packed the the airflow was cut off. I fixed problem my self now freezer blows fine I saved myself $800 .... These guys are rip off HVAC guys outta Chicago not even in Avon poor customer service"

"24 hour appointment line answered by an human, was the first plus. Next day service, the repairman was on time, efficient and order the part and scheduled me for less than 24 hours later to complete. That is service!"

"Had an issue with our dishwasher that they said was common. Took the guy less than 5 minutes to fix. It broke again one week later and we had an appointment for them to come out again but we got stood up! TWICE! No call, no show both times. $300 down the drain. Don’t waste your time or money"

"I would not recommend to anyone. I had an appointment set for 9 to noon. They never called to say they would be late. I had to call and check. My response was he would arrive between 3 and 6. They finally called at 10pm to see if it was alright for them to come over. I told them we would have to reschedule another day because my eight year old daughter was already asleep on a school night. They charged me another $59 to set up another appointment to which I had to cancel because they were late yet again and I had to go to work. I got a call a few days later with an apology for a Saturday appointment at a discounted rate to which they did not show up for the third time. On top of everything it took almost two weeks to get my money back. Don’t waste your time unless you have nothing better to do."

"I had an appointment scheduled for between 5-7pm for someone to come out and fix my washer. By 7:00, no one had shown up and I had not received a call from the technician. I called the number to check the status of my appointment and the scheduler said my appointment was in the system and someone should be there. He said he would call dispatch and call me back. Never called back. I called them about 3 more times between 7-8 and got the same response, but no one could tell me if anyone was actually coming out just that my appointment was in the system and they would 'check'. Eventually I was hung up on and then they stopped answering the phone for about 15 minutes. When I got through to someone I just went ahead and cancelled the appointment and said I was very disappointed in the customer service. No apology or offer to rectify the situation. Would not recommend to anyone... they don't show up!"
