Anyone that requires modifications for their meals due to ALLERGY I HEAVILY advise not coming to this location. Travel the additional 15 minutes and save yourself the headache & upset children."
"The food taste like it's been sitting out for hours., Nacho fries were absolutely disgusting cold and tough. The service was pretty fast but i'd favor fresh good food over fast service. The ambiance was trash. It was dirty and in the dining area they were blasting the music so you "couldn't" hear their secular music in the back. I don't give two flying flips you work at a fast food restaurant, that does not mean you don't get to be professional. Please hire new employees."
"We ordered a party pack have soft taco and have hard taco the hard taco shells were all broken and I was not happy about that and they reply was that "they're all like that" so if you want hard tacos you'll probably have to go to a real Mexican restaurant."
"I go to the Danville Taco Bell pretty regularly, but today will unfortunately be my last visit. The service is usually only okay, not great, but today was the final straw. When I went through the drive thru, there was only one other customer in front of me, and no one behind me. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and cheesy gordita crunch with a large drink, which the order part went smoothly. Now, when I got up to the window is when the issues started. I paid for my food, received my drink, and then waited. There were two people just standing at the drive thru window, neither of them spoke to me but they kept the window open so I could hear the conversation inside. They kept complaining about the drive thru time and how it was taking too long. One of the drive thru workers even said he “bumped” my order to avoid the time issue and it still took over 5 minutes. Once they did get my order, without apologizing or saying anything, he shoved the bag in my face and said “have a good day.” I’ve worked in food service so I know it can be stressful, especially on a time crunch. But I didn’t deserve the treatment I received and then to top it off my food was messed up when I received it (picture included). Taco Bell is my favorite fast food joint, but maybe it’s time to find something else."
