"I stopped in at Save A Lot on Friday evening. I purchased three bags of chips. There was one bag that was edible, the other two appeared to be in date but were stale, No crunch at all from those two bags."

"Prices seem to be as high as other stores you can find some good deals though, from time to time got Folgers coffee pretty good size bucket for $5.99. Great buy. Cashier that checked me out was very friendly and funny. That will make anyone's day."

"The store was nice & clean, and the aisles easy to negotiate a wheelchair. This was my first time in this store (first time in a Save A Lot in over 10 years), and I was not really impressed with their prices. The meats were definitely pricey, as was milk, cheese, and OJ (OJ was $1+ more than Walmart). Even the condensed milk was 7 cents more than the everyday price of Great Value brand, at Walmart right down the road. We do not live in Lawrenceburg, so I really just stopped in to get prices. We usually shop in Florence, AL, so maybe that is the difference. S.A.L. sure does not even compare to either Aldi or Sam's, so I was disappointed. I used to really love SAL."
