"It’s not lost on me that many stores are understaffed. But waiting almost 30 minutes at the register when there is literally only one other customer in the store, and the sales associate Tania knew I was there, is uncalled for. When she finally came to the register she was not only unapologetic but extremely rude after I told her I had been waiting for so long. Tanias response was to roll her eyes and tell me I should of just come back another day to make my return which took maybe 2 minutes total. I can empathize with anyone I have an interaction with especially since I’m a former Sephora employee of 2 years so I’d like to think I have an understanding of the difficulties the job holds. But the way I was just treated is simply uncalled for. Her closing statement to me was “I hope you have a better day and a better attitude” all because I let her know I had been waiting for so long. The fact that she felt it was appropriate to act this way in front me and my 4 month old daughter is disturbing. Do better Tania."
