"Wow 8 minutes to get my order taken then another 18 minutes as I waited for "fresh fries" and my Whopper sat there chilling on the ready bench. Not the BK experience I have enjoyed here for over 25 years. This place has 5 workers, a disengaged manager watching from her office and 1 car in drive thru. I miss the days when service meant something."
"2 cars ahead of me in line and I still waited 34 minutes. They didn't have half the items I wanted, no toys for the kids meals and my wrap was terrible and honestly tasted like there was fingernail polish remover on it?! I had to throw it out...do not waste your time or money..."
"Avoid this dump and the lying people in it. Had a driver from grubhub drive halfway across the county to pick it up, then they lied and said he stole it after they cancelled the order. It just so happened to be cancelled when they changed menu at 10:30am Why would he drive over 30 minutes to steal a 30 dollars worth of fast food? They simply didn't want to make the breakfast that was ordered, and cancelled it. The more aggravating part about it, they blatantly lied about it."
"I ordered food and my burger looked so gross and too makes it worse it had a very long piece of hair in it. I was so disappointed as I had been craving a whopper with cheese. I reported it and they refunded me for my burger. I will no longer visit this location unfortunately. They are understaffed which adds a lot of pressure on the two people working most of the time. Easy to make mistakes and cut corners trying to keep customers happy under this type of pressure."
