"I stopped by Christi Hubler Chevrolet on January 29, 2024 to look at a new Silverado 2500 HD. I was met by a salesman and after reviewing the truck I told him I was interested in trading my Silverado 2500 HD in and asked what it would cost me to trade. He asked if I had been to any other dealers and I replied yes, but the truck they had didn’t have the options I wanted. He talked to his manager and came back and told me they wouldn’t give me a price since I was working with another dealer. Then he said since covid things had changed (I’m not sure what that had to do with the way they do business) I confirmed with him that I had heard correctly and he said yes. I was the only customer in the building so it wasn’t like they didn’t have time to look at my truck. I have ordered a new truck and won’t be back to Hublers. Please note that I have never given a negative review, but in this case I believe they have earned it."
