"There is a reason the rating on this place is 3 stars. They won’t reply to you at the speaker and it’s been an issue for awhile now … they just ignore you it’s very strange.I usually end up having to pull up to the window after 10 minutes of no reply at the speaker an then get told “we’re short staffed”. But they never even tell you to “hold on” threw the speaker or anything they just say absolutely nothing. They are usually out of almost everything.. drinks , sides , and chicken. The workers also all always look miserable to be there… a sad place for sure!"
"Placed mobile order for pickup on Tuesday 1:30pm. Arrived at location right at 1:30pm and my order was sitting on pick up shelf. Grabbed it and left. Opened my order to eat it and it was all room temperature. Pot pie wasn't even warm. I could hold aluminum pan in my hand and felt no warmth. The chicken wrap was the same way. Don't know how they could feel good serving their food this way. Would have taken it back but I didn't have the time. Will not eat here again!"
"I’m sure there are some good people who work there, but the amount of times you pull up to that place and they are out of something is insane. We spent $35 on food, just to open it up and bite into rocks. You can tell it’s been sitting out for hours."
"The lady who took our order didn't seem pleased to assist us. Was very friendly or polite. They were almost out of everything we wanted to order. After the order was placed, we had to pull forward and wait for about 10 minutes for our food. The biscuits were like hockey pucks. The fries tasted like they had been sitting out forever. The food wasn't even hot. Did get the dips we asked for."
