"The worst Starbucks on campus. Often gets your order wrong (about 4/10 times). The one in PMU is slow, but at least it's mostly accurate. Would recommend the one in EE building. The staff at this Starbucks needs more training on the recipe."

"It was a frustrating experience. I arrived at the store in 10 minutes, but I had to wait for 30 minutes. Initially, the staff told me it would be a 10-minute wait, but when I inquired after 10 minutes, they informed me that my coffee would take an additional 5-10 minutes to prepare."

"This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. If I could give this a 0 star I would. We normally go to the Union but we’ve been trying to give this one a chance since it’s so much closer. The first time we went it was okay but the service was slow. The second time we got our drinks quicker but my frappe was horrible it was basically just a cup of crunchy ice. But the Third and what will be our last time definitely took the cake. We ordered a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe and there was No one in front of us in line. The girl who was making it was sooooooooo slowwwwww. The first drink she made she messed up and had to remake it before she was finished. The second time she gave us our drink it was a grande and not a venti and then upon remaking it for the third time she went a tiny tiny bit faster but didn’t want to have to make more whipped cream so she gave us just a tiny bit. We finally got our drink and there was no straws to be found. Straws and napkins nothing was stocked. So we had to ask for a straw. We left and the whole process had taken over 20 minutes. When I tell you I waited over 20 minutes to drink the worst drink of my life I am not exaggerating. It was absolutely disgusting. There was no sweetness it tasted like very very burnt coffee mixed in globs of ice. We ended up going to the union and explained the situation and they made us one the Right way. But it was a very aggravating experience to have to go through with the Starbucks on Third Street. We counted they had at LEAST 7 people working there there is no reason it should ever take that long for a drink anyway with it not being busy and all the workers were just goofing off and chatting. Maybe the girl was new? Or just having a bad day? Either way something needs to be fixed."

"My experiences with this Starbucks have either been a huge hit or miss. Most of the time, my drinks are perfect per order. I have never had an issue with my food being cold or tasting poorly. When ordering via Starship, my experiences have not been as positive. Once, my drink came completely spilled within the Starship robot since the worker did not put the drink in the cup holder. I was very un-caffeinated that midterm day and very disappointed. Another time, I ordered a matcha latte and received a cup of warm milk with nothing else in return. I recommend ordering in person and early in the morning if you're looking for the best service and a shorter wait time here. All the workers have been friendly since I started coming here in the fall of 2021. Everyone seems to care about their job and is quite personable. Besides the random flubs in Starship orders, I have no qualms with this location. The study atmosphere is good if you do not mind a busier, chattier atmosphere. The seating is very well-arranged and great for group meetings, too."
