"Fastest service I’ve ever received at a Dunkin and my coffee was perfect! Definitely recommend this location"

"Drive-thru service at this location is extremely poor at best. My family loves Dunkin and makes frequent trips to enjoy your assortment of donuts and delicious coffee! But this last trip has been one too many trips of poor service in your drive-thru where I cannot simply ignore it anymore. Sadly the lady who initially greeted me on the speaker this morning seemed as though I was inconveniencing her day. I was quickly welcomed when I pulled up and I began to place my order, however right as I began to submit my first coffee order she rudely interrupted me and told me to hold on, I was confused as I had not heard her say anything prior that led me to believe that she was not ready for me to begin my order so I politely apologized to her thinking I may have missed hearing her. A man then picked up the rest of my order over the speaker and I drove forward to the window. Upon my arrival to the window I greeted the lady (who for all I know was the same lady I spoke to first on the speaker), she gave me a “Hi” at best, but with a face that read, “Why are you inconveniencing me”. I was handed my order and thanked the young lady, and couldn’t even get so much as a “Your welcome”, out of her. Being in the customer service field for years myself I understand we can never know what days people have had, how they are doing, or what previous circumstances may have lead to their bad attitudes, but I also know that when you’re on the clock working you’re representing you’re place of business regardless, you are literally the face of your company whether you want to be or not. Your tone of voice is also important and is your face, (i.e. if you have a cranky tone of voice, I’m going to perceive in my mind that you are upset, frowning, and upset with me). Please hear me, I don’t know what all has happened today, I know there are customers who are not polite, and courteous, but shake those off, take a break, etc. because y’all have plenty of happy paying customers who love your product! So If you’re for some reason unfit to provide customers with face to face service in a professional, respectful manner, then maybe you should find another position to fill (non-customer facing) for that day, or stay home for the day to care for yourself, or simply find another job that does not entail face to face interactions with paying customers everyday. Good day, and God bless"

"Walked into this establishment and was completely IGNORED even though they looked to be fully staffed. The workers looked to be very young with little to no customer service etiquette. The counter tops weren’t the cleanest, and they weren’t busy at all. Once someone acknowledge my presence I gave my order and I was told that they couldn’t sell me a hand packed quart of ice cream as long as they hand the pre packed quarts available. I’ve never been told this before at this location or any other location for that matter. I asked for the manager and this young lady informed me that she was the manager on duty, I asked her for the corporate office number, she walked away without informing me that she’s going to go and speak with the owner, I waited for about five minutes then she came back with a number for me call and said “ well, THIS TIME I’ll make you a hand packed, but next time you’ll have to purchase the pre pack if it’s available”. I left to go to my car and called the number that was given to me, and it was in fact the owner that answered the phone. He apologized for my horrible experience and informed me that his manager did misinform me and that a hand pack can be requested without first buying all of the pre packed in that certain flavor. I went back in, against my better judgment and I made my purchase, the gentleman that rang me up just left my ice cream and walked away, he didn’t ask if I need a bag or a spoon, so when I asked him for the bag and a couple of spoons he acted as if I was INVISIBLE and totally ignored me. A young lady working the drive-thru happily assisted me with my request. I live in the neighborhood and this location is convenient, but sometimes convenience isn’t always worth the hassle. So, I guess I’ll take my money elsewhere. I really feel sorry for the owner because he seemed be a a really nice person over the phone. Hard working individuals are hard to come by these days."

"I recently ordered 6 clown cups for my husband's birthday. They have a cake decorator lady that creates these. She did a phenomenal job and I feel she went above and beyond for us!! She does an amazing job! They are lucky to have her!"

"I visited the drive thru and was shocked at the display of rudeness by the drive thru attendant, Jasmine. While at the speaker I asked for a few napkins to please be placed in the bag. She rudely just said, pull up. When it was my turn at the window I paid then asked the cashier if she could put some napkins in the bag. She said no. Thinking perhaps she thought i said something else, I asked for the napkins, again, I was told no. Being rather confused I said I can't have napkins in my bag? For the third time, was told no. After asking the 4th time asking I received one napkin and an eye roll. Those napkins were for the special needs child that was in my passenger seat who would NEED those napkins!!!!! As a paying customer, you shouldn't be denied a few napkins. I feel like this was an act of discrimination on race and disability. I will be contacting your corporation as well as reporting this incident to the ADA. Once a daily customer, will never be back. Jasmine is not the sort of employee i would want representing my company. She could use some retraining and a follow up on customer service etiquette. Do better!!!!!!!"
