"I was there at 850 pm in the drive thru waited 8 mins for someone to take My order. Than I drove up to the window asked them if I could place My order the man at the window told me to pull around so he could me the car behind me their order .Very poor service"
"Worst Taco Bell I've ever had. They should fire their staff and start over. Never had a good experience here food is always disgusting. It seems like it's purposely disgusting as well. Feel as tho I've been robbed for my hard earned money. Never again."
"Very cozy and the employees were ok they got our order wrong ever so slightly but that is ok. I come here every year on my birthday since I was 11 and have not had a problem thus far. If you get the Bean Burrito I recommend asking for less beans oddly because it's all you can taste and it's just a mouthful of mush. 100% recommend a Chicken Quesadilla or Steak Quesadilla."
"The cheese Fry's were soggy , they messed up our complete order! Then I tried calling back and they will not pick up the phone. So over $20 of mistakes and nasty food. One of the burritos was a beefy melt , it didn't even have the meat in it !!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL AGAIN. THERE IS NO REASON AT ALL FOR MESSING UP A WHOLE COMPLETE ORDER FOR A HARD-WORKING COUPLE . Then the phone # is constantly busy, these employees at 61st and Broadway do not know how to make their own food."
"I don't usually leave negative comments but for this restaurant, I will. This Taco Bell was the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The speaker system was out so I had to pull up to the window. I was the only car there. No one was at the window. I waited and waited. Finally, I blew my horn. The young lady was very dry and it looked like no one even was there. I got my order after a few minutes and left. I had ordered 2 drinks which weren't handed to me and I didn't even notice because I had been driving 14 hrs. I left to get back on the interstate. Realizing the drinks were missing, I went back to get them. Then again waiting I honked my horn. No one came. Then I honked again. She finally came to the window. I was treated as if I was bothering this young lady. The 3 burritos were cold and messy. I couldn't even tell which was the bean or beef. They were awful. I could go on because my order was huge. But I'll leave it at that."
