TCI SERVICE & ALIGNMENT

"I had been doing business with them for six years but the service has gotten bad. This is the third time this year I had to return for a repair that was done but not done right. Truck tail lights were not working and they repaired it but upon inspection the day we picked it up they still were not working they said bring it back in and we will look at it. I took the truck back in the next day and they do not have time to even look at it. I would not recommend them anymore."

Landing in Terre Haute, Indiana I was able to make arrangements with TCI to read the ECM code and diagnose the problem. I took my car to be looked at for a certain problem and nothing was done about it besides I was charged for a sensor i didn't need and no answers where giving about my current problem that has only gotten worse since they have looked at my car. Then was told by the gentleman that fixed my car that he doesn't even work there he is only there becuase his father owns it."

"TCI has been fixing our vehicles for over ten years. They are a little pricey (Napa parts, etc) but they always get things fixed right the first time. They will call to tell you how much a repair is going to cost before they start on it. It has always been that price or less so we've never had any bad surprises with them. They are also very courteous and professional and I've never felt like I was getting ripped off because I'm a woman."
