"Don’t give them your card. They will add charges to your account and you will never get a clear explanation. If you have keep all of your paperwork because they have no clue of what they are doing. Rudest people I have ever met and if you can get them to answer the phone consider yourself lucky! It was great when it first opened up but has definitely spiraled straight down to trash. Nobody knows what is going on nor do they care. Sending me a robot message to discuss matters won’t fix anything when I have already talked with corporate. I can see why this place is a dysfunctional. I’m done with this place!"

"I have been going to the palm beach tan in northport for over a year and I have never had any problems with any of the workers. However, when I went to tan last week, I was asking questions about lotions, and a worker of the name of grace was rude to me and acted like she did not want to be there. She also could not answer my questions, and acted like I was bothering her."

"The staff is really friendly and helpful. *Edit WARNING: YOU CANT GET OUT OF THIS MEMBERSHIP. I tried to cancel about 6 months ago, was put on reoccurring billing. Then they charged me $70. Then told me I owed $80 for some month I wasn't even suppose to have. They stole that money from me. They stole it. You have been warned and I am disputing the charges because I canceled my membership. So my advice would be never give them your account information, they just charge whatever whenever."

"Do not use this salon! Especially if you are doing the sunless packages! Their packages are not cheap, but it’s fine because you pay for unlimited services. However what they don’t tell you is that every single one of the spray booths at this location is faulty/broken. One of the booths has had a faulty scanner for years it feels like. Management knows about the issues and refuses to fix it. When I reached out, they told me Covid caused things to be back ordered. That is not true, as the machines have been faulty forever. As a result, you routinely cannot do spray tans at this location. I mean not every once and a while, but seriously almost every week or every other week I get turned away for faulty machines. Happened last night. I had an event today so I had to drive to the Tuscaloosa location to tan. I asked the girls there if they had issues like that and they said absolutely not. They thought it was crazy. After so long I started asking for reimbursement for the days I was turned away due to faulty equipment. Customer service refuses. So you pay a pricey monthly rate, and then can’t use those services for a good 30% of the month. This company is 100% okay with that. Beware!"
