First and foremost their customer service rivals Les Schwab up in the Pacific Northwest. If you don't know Les Schwab, customer service is their calling card, so to compare the two companies is high praise. Most of my interactions have been with Sutton. One of the main things that have continued to impress me about him have been his product knowledge, his attention to detail, and his professionalism! He has an amazing memory and knew exactly what vehicle and tires we had spoken of prior, the moment I walked in the door after a 2 month period of time not seeing him. I really appreciate that none of the Discount Tire employees try to upsell me on product or pressure me to make a purchase now. The facility is clean, the everyone is respectful, they cary great products and brand names, and they all dress professionally, which actually matters to me. "Sutton got me the tires I needed for my Acty. Eli mounted them up no problem and was able to work with me to ensure they fit properly before I left. I even found them at a different price online and they were able to price match no problem. They also took care of my corvette replacing the bald dry rotted tires.
