"Went there today and ordered a fairly normal meal. Asked for extra cheese on one burger. Asked for extra cheese salt on fries. Got neither of those. Also didn’t get any lettuce on 3/3 burgers ( big Jack, bigger Jack x2) We also got all of our burgers smashed flat as well. Tried to order in the app and order wouldn’t go through, went there instead and regret that decision. Definitely won’t be back, we live close enough to many other jacks that have been better experiences."
"We were greeted and served by the nicest young lady! Our food was hot and very good. She even gave our dogs a tiny treat! We love Jack's but we are going to stop at this one every time we pass it from now on! Great job!"
"The place makes good food but the workers are rude. God forbid you misjudged the money you had to sped, and have to take something off at the window. I also ordered through doordash, to pick up my order myself, and they didn't see my order and made me wait 20 minutes for them to make 2 milkshakes and she was so ugly about having to do it. The blonde girl that I think was pregnant at one time. She's rude"
"The so called little girl Ashley is suppose to be a manager and she is nothing but lazy sits in the office won’t take people’s orders I sat there 10 15 minutes she walks by coming out of the office I say we been standing here we’re trying our best in a real low voice I said so sitting there is your best really I asked the other girl who’s manager she said her and pointed at the girl who just said we’re trying our best wow your kidding me right so far from unprofessional being I have worked fast food my whole life and never seen a manager make there employees stop doing drive through to take somebody who been standing there waiting for there order to be took as long as I did so sad truly is and yea she said to the other girl I’m not gonna take there order go take them and she had too stop doing drive though then when I leave my boyfriend said she went straight back to the office sat her butt down yet again making all the others do work and not her. Y’all really need some real managers up in there so sad really is having theses kids run it and at least get one who isn’t so rude and disrespectful and don’t know what she’s doing."
"Stopped in for breakfast and had biscuits and gravy with hash rounds. Everything was cooked to perfection and hot. Service was friendly and fast . Got the hostess to give us a tip on a doughnut shop. Super Jacks people and clean."
