"I can't say much good about this franchise. I guess the best would be your results will be hit or miss, mostly miss. First of all, you can forget about ordering from the mobile app as that is a piece of trash. We order online. The only times I called this location would be to inquire as to where our order was or something was missing. Oh, and don't believe a word they say if you are offered a "store" credit. From our latest order, we ordered 2 pizzas, wings, extra dipping sauces and a family salad. The family salad was was mostly rotten. It went directly in the trash, there went $11.99+tax. Thankfully, we had some lettuce that we washed to create a simple salad at home. We didn't get a single dipping sauce with our order. All total I estimate that we either didn't receive or tossed $20 of our total order. For the food we did receive, the pizzas were alright. The wings were just gross. As much as I dislike Papa John's, I believe it to be the better future option."

"Everyone was so nice even though my family and I were here late. The food was great and we could hear someone in the kitchen playing music and their playlist was literally bangin. I knew every song lol."

"I recently ordered two pizzas from Marco's, and they were simply delightful! The first one had a mouthwatering combination of pepperoni, extra cheese, and beef, while the second had green peppers, steak, and Alfredo sauce. Both pizzas arrived fresh, hot, and bursting with flavor, making them taste just like homemade pizza. I absolutely love Marco's Pizza, and it's undoubtedly one of the best pizza places in Cullman, Alabama. The quality, taste, and service always exceed expectations. Without a doubt, a five-star experience!"

"First of all, the person who took our order Christine was fantastic! She was well spoken and very professional! Sadie was the delivery driver and when she told me she made sure that she grabbed cheese and peppers because she saw it on the notes and didn’t realize it had been added at the store, that kind of initiative is what I look for in my employees. The food got here and was piping hot, we love Marcos but, this however has been the best experience ever. For us ordering delivery, it starts with the person taking the order and ends with the appearance and professionalism of the driver. From the phone to the final delivery of great pizzas, this was the best experience I have ever had ordering delivery pizza. Marcos Pizza Cullman, you did great!
