"We had our 3 year old mower with only 130 hours serviced here May 2023. He performed a regular and hydraulic service. This mower ran great with no issues before service. When he delivered the mower he left a bottle of hydraulic fluid. The second time we used the mower after service it started whining so we checked the fluid and added the bottle he left. It also wouldn’t stay running when cutting on a slant. The next time we tried to use the mower it was still whining and quit steering. We took the mower back to him and he was apologetic and proceeded to repair it. We had already paid him over $500 for the 1st service and he charged us over $200 more for the repair. The broken part was behind the seat protected by the frame, something that would have been very difficult for us to break. A big coincidence right after he just serviced the hydraulics, but he made us pay for the repair. We got our mower back and now it won’t start unless it’s jumped, it revs up and down when running, and it still cuts off when mowing on a grade. I called corporate and told them if off Road is an authorized dealer, they should make sure he really know how to service what he sells. ***Edited after owners response. I don’t know if it was clear above but I want people to know that we spoke to him about remedying the situation, which he refused to do, before we called corporate. My husband mowed commercially for many years, he did not break the part. Like the owner states it would have been immediately noticed. My review will stay up and I hope it makes possible future customers cautious."
