"We are so pleased with our new flooring. Dondi Howell came out two weeks ago to our home to give us an estimate. Mr. Howell is always a pleasure to deal with. We agreed to the estimate and he called us later that same day to give us a date for our installation. Mr. Sanchez called us at 7:30am to let us know he was on his way. He and his crew arrived a few minutes later and went right to work. They stayed until after 6pm and had to return yesterday, Saturday morning, to place the trim work. They came out around 9am and were finished within one hour. Mr. Sanchez and his crew were all exceptionally nice and did a great job for us. We had put a previous vinyl plank down in our kitchen and hallway and were hoping the crew would be able to match up the two doorway areas. Mr. Howell said he couldn’t guarantee the crew would be able to make both doorway areas seamless but they certainly did and it looks wonderful! Again we are very pleased. (This is our fourth job with Don’s Carpet One - they’ve laid carpet for us once, retiled one bathroom tub area and laid vinyl plank flooring for us twice now. All jobs done perfectly with crews who pay great attention to detail and are dependable.) Thank you!"
