In this age of the internet super speedway it saddens me when folks who are professional con artist and want something for nothing can post a bad review to try and damage the reputation that a company and family have worked a lifetime to build! D & J has an excellent reputation and there is a reason why!!!"
"D&J resurfaced our existing hardwoods and installed new in the kitchen. The floors were rough and full of swirl marks and had a bug under the clear coat to begin with. They came back out to fix and simply screened the clear coat and put another coat on which didn't solve any of the problems. After that they quit responding and never would fix the issues. 1 year later the surfaces are starting to peal and bubble up around the hardwood seams. Overall a poor job and even worse customer service. The original owner seems honest but it's ran by his son in law now whom has a very poor attitude to match his poor craftsmanship."
