"Over 20 years ago, we had a bad experience with Susan Schein. I say this to show that any company can turn it around with the right people. This company is one of them. We gave them another chance and it was well worth it. I had been looking for a jeep cherokee for a while but had only searched the Jeep dealerships for it. After a car deal fell through with a jeep, I immediately found one here. The GM, Jeremy, immediately got on it, said they would stay late to let us test drive and to come on over. When we got there, Zach greeted us. It was like red carpet treatment. That jeep wasn't the one for us but we were told, please feel free to look at the rest of the lot. It you find something else, we'll test drive it too. Hidden in the back of the lot was one that fit every request we were looking for. We test drove it, within minutes we got the price we were looking for, but since it was after closing, we were all tired and agreed to come back next day to finish paperwork and it gave them time to clean it up. The next day, Zach and Jeremy went above and beyond to get their credit union to meet our pre approval, got all the documents ready and in less than a half hour, we were done. I would highly recommend Zach if you're in the used car market. He's very knowledgeable about all sorts of vehicles and if he can't answer it, he will get you an answer. Great job guys we appreciate all that you did for us to make this happen!"
