"I am definitely disappointed in this shop, and especially with Matt, he repaired my work van and everything went well, but I told him about my other car that needs repair and I explained everything it needs, and he agreed to repair it, we scheduled a day to take the car to the workshop and I accepted, in fact I called him days before to confirm and he told me that everything was the same, today February 28th I took it early I hired a tow truck to tow the car, and when I got to the workshop he went crazy as if I would have never talked to him, I thought he was joking but no, he told me that I couldn't take it to another shop, he made me waste my time, I paid the tow truck service, and unfortunately I wasted my time, he thought maybe it's a lot of work But I don't mind paying whatever is necessary to repair it, in short, a man has no word of honor."

"Spoke with Mack in regards to a bad AAA battery that installed through United Auto Care/ Towing 4 months ago. I let him know I was given there shop information to have replaced under warranty. He was rude and dismissive. I asked to leave a message for the owner or higher management. He refused to take my info. You all need to fire Mack"
"There’s a lot to be said for finding someone who loves their work and takes the time to master it. That’s what you’ll find here. These guys did an excellent job on my car, the price was right, and it was amazingly fast! And so friendly! I’m really impressed. I have an older car that’s seen better days, and a lot of shops will throw shade about it, but not these guys. Total respect and kindness. I really appreciate that. I’ll definitely be back."
