"Will not be going back. Went in for a full set of acrylic and gel polish. The guy doing my nails was 20 min behind my appointment time. No one thought to tell me that he was running behind so I just sat there with no clue how long it was going to be. Once in the chair, he say a word to me really, just asked what shape I wanted. When he was doing the acrylic it took forever. He was really slow (I appreciate someone taking their time, but,)and they ended up not the same shape at all. After placing the acrylic he cut every single one of my cuticles with the dremel. I yanked my hand away multiple times because it hurt. It was like he went from taking his time to rushing, as they where closed and I was there past closing, due to their inability to maintain their schedule. He also left a like, shelf of acrylic under my nail. On to painting, he painted one finger at a time. One. then light. then one on the other hand, then light, back and fourth. Ive never had anyone do that and it took even longer. He also used his VERY sharp and hard thumb nail to "fix" where he missed and got the gel on my skin (Normal) but he pushed so hard and did it over and over again it was very painful, and even after all of that the paint is still on my skin, and it looks not so great. At the end he used a squirt bottle to spray my nails with alcohol and oh my did it burn on every single nail because of all the little cuts he made on my cuticles. No cuticle oil, nothing, just OK you're done. I have been getting my nails done for years and this was terrible. Stay away."
