"I have recently started going to Blue Nails to have my feet done with my wife. I highly recommend this business, due to its friendliness of the staff and how clean their shop is. Nina, the owner, is an exceptional person and treats her customers with great care. I have been in their shop twice now and both times we have been given great care."

"First time going here after trying multiple locations around town, and I was very impressed. Nina did a great job, and she made me feel like she was listening to what I wanted done with my design. We had to adjust the design a bit d/t my nail length, and she did excellent work! Only downside was that I did ask for a manicure and only got my nails dipped/designed, but it was ok since I just cut my cuticles a little bit ago. Overall, a great experience."

"I’ve been getting my nails done here for several months and I can say I finally found my nail salon here in Madison! Every time I go I am pleased with the experience. The salon is clean and the staff very nice. I usually ask for some crazy nail art and they always do great! Nina did my nails in the photo, she does really great nail art. I’ve told all my friends about this nail salon and can’t recommend it enough!"

"I visited here on July 8th and got a dip powder manicure. Typically when I get dip it lasts me 3-4 weeks with no issues. Within a week these nails were cracking (5 of them), one of them broke, and there were a couple that the polish even started wiping off. I have NEVER had nails that cracked like these or rubbed off. These were awful. I ended up not being able to call until a couple days later because their hours are during my typical work hours and they refused to redo them because “it was almost two weeks”. It was a week and four days after my appointment when I called, and that was three days after these issues started. It’s now a week and five days and 4 of my nails have popped off, with no resistance. For nails that typically last me 3-4 weeks I would not expect that. On top of those issues, they didn’t trim /push back my cuticles, and you can see in the fourth image my pinky nail is totally lopsided. I only came here because my normal salon was busy, but I will not be returning. The only reason I gave two stars is because the pedicure was fine."
