"Only gave 1 star because I had to, this entire process has been awful. My wreck was Dec 20th which is the same day my car was gotten by Joe Hudson. They told me multiple times my car was ahead of schedule and doing great. They got it mixed up with another car which caused me to have higher expectations than I should have. 3 Fridays in a row I was told my car would be ready for it to continue to get pushed back. They told me by Tuesday I would have my car. Wednesday night I got my car back for me to be back Thursday with a tire sensor light turning on. They did not replace the one that was in a wreck and put the old one back on. Friday I was back up there because my personal belongings were not returned. Now a week later the same tire pressure light is back on and I will have to drop my car off again for it to be fixed. Almost 2 months without a car for it to not even be properly fixed. I do not recommend using Joe Hudson Pelham to anyone!"

"Repairs perfectly matched the rest of the paint. They buffed the whole car and it came back looking great."

"Very inexperienced and shady place. Had to wait a month to get it fixed. Then when I came to pick the car up it wasn’t fixed completely or properly. So I had to wait another month just for them to fix what they should have already fixed in the first place. Would NOT recommend to anyone."

"Super sloppy work and not what they used to be. I've been coming to Joe Hudsons for 20 years and always been happy, this time I had a lot of contaminants and hair under my paint. Even worse, the door they replaced wasn’t mounted properly and would have leaked water. Also the trim seals didn't touch the glass so water would have leaked behind the door as well. When I brought the car back, the customer service guy dropped his head and explained how hard it's been to get good work. That doesn't explain how it got passed their quality control. I'm assuming they're trying to pay less than other body shops so the car dealers and premium shops are getting all of the good workers. And, just like a home contractor, they'll estimate it'll take 20 days or so, that way you feel comfortable signing their contract, then you'll be hit with delays. My 21 day repair turned into 8 weeks. Once I returned my car, they said it'd take a day to fix, two weeks later I had to call just to get an update. Then they shafted me on the additional rental expenses that were strictly due to their poor management and quality control. I'd Ignore all reviews that aren't recent. This company is going down hill fast. In the future, I plan to have all repairs done at the car dealer. Won't cost anymore and they'll have competent workers."

"In addition to letting our car sit at the tow yard for 3 weeks, before having it delivered to the service center for repair, they tried to tell us when we went to pick the car, which as close to 3 months later, that there was an existing issue with our cars ECU, not related to the wreck, and that they would not be repairing it. So apparently our car was flashing 7 different kinds of warnings at start up, big red flashing notifications saying all kinds of stuff is wrong from the tail lights to the engine, but somehow we never noticed it, prior to our accident (an existing issue). The pictures below show how we received our car back after "being repaired". We were told not to worry because there are no real issues, it's just an problem with the ECU. LOL! There are plenty of options out there, I recommend you look elsewhere for your repair needs."
