"My vehicle was mis-firing so badly I was afraid to drive it to a dealership, so I made an appointment with WRENCH to diagnosis the problem in my garage. Rep was punctual and quick. Rep said number one cylinder had an oil leak which was fouling the spark plug. He said he could see the failed gasket. So I paid the $150 non-refundable fee for the diagnosis. An appointment was made to pull the head and replace the gasket for just under $2K. On the appointment day, another Rep called and said we don't do that kind of work on foreign cars, it takes special tools and training we don't have. I had my car towed to a dealership and waited. I told them to not change spark plugs, since I had already done so. It diagnosed spark plug ignition coils and replaced them. It runs just like it use to. So what is Wrench all about?? Made no sense to me. Threw away $150 fee. Too strange, not professional."
